Return policy:
You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of your purchase with the exception of any used product, worn or washed garment/apparel, used or washed glassware, drinkware, gift cards or jewelry, any items or products sold on the Aulrey Rose website, etc. Returned items must be sealed and in original packaging with the exception of broken or defective products (damaged/defective claims must be declared within 7 days as noted below). Please again note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging and unwashed/worn. In the case of refund, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.
DO NOT proceed with any purchase on beauty products, including but not limited to foundations, without the understanding that a refund/exchange will not be granted for used or opened foundations, concealer, mascara, lip products, etc due to you not being happy with the color you chose to purchase. We are working to get you a match tool for foundations and provide sample pictures to assist in your decision. We understand finding a match to foundations in particular is vital and important. If you have any questions or concerns, please ask.

You must contact us at aulreyrosebeauty@hotmail.com or by using our contact form on the website and receive a response/instructions prior to sending back or returning any Aulrey Rose beauty products and/or merchandise. Failure to do this with result in no refund or exchange, the item returned will not be sent back to you without additional shipping being paid, and Aulrey Rose will hold no further liability of any kind toward your initial purchase or the refund/exchange.

*Allergic reaction and injury sustained by you or any gift recipient of your choice will not be grounds for refund or exchange. Aulrey Rose is not liable in any way for allergic reactions or injury sustained from using our products. It is your and/or the gift recipient's responsibility to check ingredients, instructions, etc. prior to use. We understand these things happen and we try to make our products as clean and hypoallergenic as possible, but we cannot assume responsibility for these occurrences.

Refunds:
In the event of a refund situation, processing time varies according to your financial institution and can take up to 7-10 business days to post to your account after we have initiated and completed the refund. Average is 3-5 days, but please note that it can take a full 10 business days to see the refund/credit post to your account. Aulrey Rose does not have the ability to speed up this process.
Damages & Defective Items:
All damaged or defective item claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. You must contact us at aulreyrosebeauty@hotmail.com or by using our contact form on the website and receive a response/instructions prior to sending back or returning any Aulrey Rose beauty products and/or merchandise. Failure to do this with result in no refund or exchange, the item returned will not be sent back to you without additional shipping being paid, and Aulrey Rose will hold no further liability of any kind toward your initial purchase or the refund/exchange.
We want to ensure you have a brand new and usable product experience with Aulrey Rose and will do all we can within the reasons stated to ensure you receive a replacement product or credit for any damaged or defective items. Thank you for your patience as we do all we can to replace or refund these items.
Gift Cards:
Official Aulrey Rose Gift Cards are redeemable online only. Gift Cards do not expire (unless in the event of business closure). Gift Cards will not be refunded nor cash/credit/debit be credited for any unused portion of the gift card balance. Valid damaged during delivery or manufacture error returns purchased off a gift card will be refunded to a gift card if not exchanged. Gift Card purchases are non-refundable, non-replaceable and non-exchangeable unless damaged during delivery or due to a manufacture error. Gift cards are not replaceable if lost or stolen.
Shipping & Processing Time:
Aulrey Rose products are printed and shipped per order. This means that there may be up to 14 days in some instances before your products ship and then shipping time is added on after that. We do our best and continue working to have pre-printed products available on hand so that you have the fastest and best shipping experience. Please do not reach out for where is my order status until after 14 days of placing the order. At that time we are happy to check on the status for you.
Local Taxes:
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. Sales tax is applicable to all orders shipped within Iowa and is 7%.

Events outside of Aulrey Rose's control shall be considered force majeure (info below).
Force Majeure:
Events outside Aulrey Rose's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Aulrey Rose is released from Aulrey Rose's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
